Important COVID-19 Updates

Registration is now available for our 19-week 2021 Summer/Fall Training Session that runs from June 12 thru October 31!

As more Americans are receiving the COVID vaccine and restrictions are being lifted, we can all enjoy a bit more normalcy at our Runner’s Edge workouts!  We will continue to follow updated guidelines for outdoor events, which means that face coverings are now no longer required at the Start/Finish or aid stations, provided members maintain adequate physical distancing.  Of course we will still support those members who choose to wear a mask, although we don’t recommend it as running with a face mask inhibits the body’s natural respiration and decreases blood oxygen levels.
