Registration is now available for our 19-week 2022 Spring Training Session that runs from January 15 thru May 31!
As more Americans are receiving the COVID vaccine and restrictions are being lifted, we can all enjoy some normalcy at our Runner’s Edge workouts! We will continue to follow updated guidelines for outdoor events, which means that face coverings are not required at the Start/Finish or aid stations, provided members maintain adequate physical distancing. Of course we will still support those members who choose to wear a mask, although we don’t recommend it as running with a face mask inhibits the body’s natural respiration and decreases blood oxygen levels.
So get signed up to run with us to enjoy the quality organization, friendly support, and coaching methodology that Runner’s Edge members have enjoyed since 2003. In-person races are popping back up left and right, so now is the time to put the EDGE in your training. See you all soon!
