Most embarrassing running moment:
Walking the last mile of a 5K with a bad cramp because I couldn't say "no" to eating a piece of apple pie before the race.

Favorite post-run indulgence:
Ben and Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch (for pre-run indulgence see above)
