Program Details:
10-week training session designed to help keep runners disciplined throughout the holidays by maintaining or building a solid mileage base with low-mileage runs. Provides great preparation for the Spring Training Session, and can also be used to train for Dec/Jan/Feb half, full or ultra marathons. Ideal for first-time and experienced distance runners. Members will receive daily training schedule specific to their ability and target race, access to members only section of website, all weekly Saturday training runs, weekly member E-mails, member discounts with sponsor running stores and full coaching support. Includes more trail running than other sessions. (Please note: Technical training shirt not included with dues for this session.)
