Registration

Interested in joining Runner's Edge of the Rockies? We train year-round and there are a variety of programs listed below that you can choose from. Some tidbits to keep in mind while you're considering which programs to choose:

  • The 2008 Spring Training Session begins on January 19th - New online registration and Mail-in registration are now open!! Sign up before January 12th to save $10 with our Early-Bird discount!

  • You can now register online here!

  • You can join at anytime! If you're psyched to get started now but it's mid-session, no problem. You can also join individual Saturday group workouts on an "A la Carte" basis; $15 per run for non-members and $10 for alumni members.

  • Our marathon programs offer all the benefits outlined on The Good Stuff page.

Spring Training Session
(January - May)

Program Details:
19-week training session designed to effectively prepare runners for a half, full or ultra marathon of their choice. This program is ideal for first-time or experienced distance runners and includes daily training schedules with multiple levels of mileage and workouts.

**12-14 weeks of Tuesday morning and evening workouts to supplement your training, designed to build strength and speed to maximize performance. Ideal for runners serious about finishing their target race in a specific time, and getting the most out of their training. A minimum average base of 20 miles per week is recommended.
***Full-Package includes Full/Ultra or Half Marathon program, Speedwork and Online Training Log

Mid Spring Training
(April - May)

Program Details:
Two-month training session designed to prepare runners for distance running, starting with low-mileage runs and gradually building to a consistent weekly base. Runner's will target 10km races (like the Bolder Boulder), and the session can also be used to train for May/June half or full marathons. This program is also ideal for beginners or experienced runners who may need a few additional months of preparation prior to training for a half or full marathon in the fall. (Please note: Technical training shirt not included with dues for this session.)

9-week training session designed to help keep runners disciplined throughout the holidays by maintaining or building a solid mileage base with low-mileage runs. Provides great preparation for the Spring Training Session, and can also be used to train for Dec/Jan/Feb half, full or ultra marathons. This program is ideal for first-time or experienced distance runners and includes daily training schedules with multiple levels of mileage and workouts. Includes more trail running than other sessions. (Please note: Technical training shirt not included with dues for this session.)

(Year-round)

Program Details:
18-week online only coaching option to effectively prepare runners for a full or half marathon of their choice. This program is ideal for first-time or experienced distance runners and includes daily training schedules with multiple levels of mileage and workouts. Includes initial 30-minute phone consultation, virtual training log account, and progress will be monitored weekly by coaches to help members stay on track with their training. (Includes all regular membership benefits except for group workouts.)
