** 12+ Tuesday morning
or evening workouts focused on improving cardio, strength, speed and
technique for
distance runners. Special emphasis will be given to individual training during these workouts, and a minimum average base of 20 miles per week is recommended. Please note: Speedwork participants must also be registered for either the Full/Ultra or Half Membership programs, and the workouts are not offered on an 'A la Carte' basis.

Program Details:
Two-month
training session designed to prepare runners for distance running, starting with low-mileage runs and gradually building to a consistent weekly base. Runner's will target 10km races (like the Bolder Boulder), and the session can also be used to train for May/June half, full or ultra marathons. This program is also ideal for beginners or experienced runners who may need a few additional months of preparation prior to training for a half or full marathon in the fall. (Please note: Technical training shirt not included with dues for this session.)

half marathon. Ideal for first-time and experienced distance runners.
Members will receive daily training schedule specific to their ability and target race, technical training shirt, access to members only section of website, all weekly Saturday training runs, weekly member E-mails, member discounts with sponsor running stores and full coaching support.

to help keep runners disciplined throughout the holidays by maintaining or
building a solid mileage base with low-mileage
runs. Provides great preparation for the Spring Training Session, and can also be used to train for Dec/Jan/Feb half, full or ultra marathons. Ideal for first-time and experienced distance runners. Members will receive daily training schedule specific to their ability and target race, access to members only section of website, all weekly Saturday training runs, weekly member E-mails, member discounts with sponsor running stores and full coaching support. Includes more trail running than other sessions. (Please note: Technical training shirt not included with dues for this session.)

For runners who live outside of the Denver-metro area, or who are seeking a personal coach to achieve their distance running goals. Please note: Online Only members still receive the regular member benefits with the exception of the Saturday group training runs, which are $10 per run.
